The Detroit born rapper, Eminem, has new album that seems really hopeful. Pink, Rihanna, Lil Wayne all appear on this album, all enhance it. His latest album is titled Recovery. He is working with producers such as Jim Jonsin, DJ Kahlil, Just Blaze to name a few. He comes off as downright inspiring to somewhat patronizing, but that’s just the element that makes him Eminem. It includes a total of 17 track on this can’t miss album.
Cyndi Lauper is also coming out with her new bluesy feel, with her album Memphis Blues. She features some people such as B.B. King, Ann Pebbles, and Johnny Lang on this down home vibe album. If you looking for “true” blues maybe this is not your thing, but if you are a big Lauper fan or just like new and interesting music, don’t miss this one.
The Roots finally after a some time and delays a coming out with a new album called How I Got Over. They have an uncanny adaptability with music hip hop to jazz and have proven themselves to well with any genre they try. This album features John Legend more than once and the Dirty Projectors.
I Can’t Be Tamed is begin released by Miley Cyrus, and much anticipated album, that actually had Bret Michael on it in her cover of Every Rose Has Its Thorn. Disney may be in her past, but this country music star’s future is looking even brighter. Take away the babies and the unintentional nudity, maybe the new Britney Spears.
